Football Australia have advised that Socceroos coach Graham Arnold has tested positive for COVID-19 prior to travelling to the Socceroos camp in Sydney.
He took a PCR test yesterday.
Arnold will self-isolate at home while being digitally connected to Australia’s squad and staff digitally as was seen in January when the Socceroos defeated Vietnam 4-0 in Melbourne.
In January, Socceroos assistant Rene Meulensteen took over the head coaching role whilst Arnold was in isolation.
